Shipping, honestly
How your order gets to you, straight from the person packing it.
A note from me
Hi, Brennan here. Awesomeville is a one-person operation. I make the game, I pack every order, and I ship it myself. There's no warehouse and no fulfillment team. When I'm not at my day job at Saint Mary's University or chasing after my two little girls (one's four, the other is six months), I'm packing orders, usually at the kitchen table.
So I can't do next-day delivery. What I can tell you is that your order gets checked and packed by the person who cares most about it showing up right, and I'll always do my best to get it out fast. Good things come to those who wait, and I think these cards are worth waiting for.
The cards themselves are printed right here in Nova Scotia. Thanks for supporting a small Canadian business.
Local pickup — skip the shipping
If you're in Halifax, you can collect your order in person at Saint Mary's University and pay nothing for shipping. Choose local pickup at checkout, or email me and we'll arrange a time that works. It's usually the fastest way to get your cards, and you get to say hello.
Where I ship
Canada and the United States. Somewhere further afield? Email me — I'll do my best to get Awesomeville to you, wherever you are.
Processing time
Orders go out within 5–7 business days of purchase.
Delivery time
Orders are sent with tracked shipping. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 5–15 business days depending on where you are.
Tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. If it hasn't updated in a few days, don't panic. Carriers sometimes scan late. If something seems off, just email me.
The Virtual edition
The Virtual edition is digital, so there's no shipping. You'll get access by email after you buy it.
