Refund policy
A quick note on refunds before you buy.
All sales are final
Awesomeville is a one-person operation — there's no returns warehouse, and I'm simply not set up to process returns. So because it's a printed product (and, for the Virtual edition, a digital download), all sales are final. I'd much rather be upfront about that before you buy than surprise you after.
Before you order
Please look over the What's included page so you know exactly what comes in each edition. If you have a question before buying, get in touch — I'm glad to help you pick the right one.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, that's on me — contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and I'll make it right with a replacement.
The Virtual edition
The Virtual edition is delivered digitally and cannot be returned or refunded once access has been sent. If you have trouble accessing it, contact me and we'll sort it out.
